book anticipation

there are lots of good book coming our way in 2013. i am very much looking forward to these releases:

red doc > by anne carson

calling dr. laura by nicole georges

what purpose did i serve in your life by marie calloway

maya's notebook by isabella allende

and these books which have no cover to post a picture of yet:
-niina pollari's translations of tytti heikkinen's poems (out from action books sometime this year; read excerpts here)
-natural history rape museum by danielle pafunda (bloof books, 2013)
tell me of more, because there must be many!

  2. YEEES red doc! i think you'd like georges' graphic novel too- she's done a zine for years called invincible summer that you can get in two book volumes now- really good stuff.

  3. I'm looking forward to Danielle and Marie's new books too. Another one that is coming out is a book by Roxanne Carter - Beyond This Point Are Monsters - all about the gothic I believe.
